This update focuses mainly on empowering you to create mobile list layouts and email reminders for the tasks & events. Extended Mobile List Layout for Purchase Orders App

In addition to the recent updates from Apptivo, we have extended the customization of the mobile list layout for the Purchase Orders app of the iOS application. The List Layout in Apptivo helps you to view the information with the desired set of columns and attributes in any view. The newest update has supported the ability to view the created or personalized mobile list layouts of the Purchase Orders app of the iOS platform. The layout can be configured from the web version of the purchase orders applications and have them replicated on the iOS application. The Default Fields and the Long Press Details Fields can be customized as per your business preferences. Read more.

Cases Extended App for Custom Conversions

Custom conversion in Apptivo helps you to convert and infuse the data from one application to another effortlessly along with the mapping of fields. In this update, we have introduced the custom created Cases Extended app in the list of custom conversion applications. So that, you can effortlessly convert the data from any of your Apptivo’s applications to the custom created cases extended application. The custom conversion configuration can be done from Apptivo’s web version. The available custom conversion apps will be visible on the corresponding application’s convert action on your iOS application. For example, if you want to convert your contacts to the custom created cases extended application, simply configure the custom conversion along with mapping of the fields and get them converted from your iOS application. Print PDF Action for Custom Apps

Apptivo allows you to create a custom application for your own business according to your business purposes. In this update, we have implemented the Print PDF action for the custom application for your iOS platform. You can directly customize the Print PDF security action from your web version of the custom applications and have them visible on your iOS application of Apptivo. You can easily print the data of the custom application in a PDF from your iOS application effortlessly. Read more.

E-mail reminder for Tasks & Events

Across industries, email communication has been the most significant communication medium. In previous updates, Apptivo has introduced email reminders in Tasks and Events to integrate the most up-to-date trend in our applications. In this update, we have introduced the email reminders along with the pop-up reminders for Tasks & Events of the iOS application. You can now set the email reminders for tasks and events while creating the tasks and events from your iOS application. With that, the attendees and the assigned employees will get the email reminder about the scheduled tasks and events as per their configured timing schedule. Item’s Choice Page Enhanced with Search Option

BOM items in Apptivo helps in configuring the items with the customizable options of classes and choices. From this update, we have added the search option for the BOM items choices and classes of the iOS application. Now, you can easily search and select the choices of the BOM items while adding to the product/item table from your iOS application.
