Spam Control
Apptivo uses Apache SpamAssassin which is a computer program used for e-mail spam filtering. It uses a variety of spam-detection techniques, including DNS-based and fuzzy-checksum-based spam detection, Bayesian filtering, external programs, blacklists, and online databases providing its users to take the maximum benefit of its Email Marketing App – Campaigns App.
Performance Dashboards
Once a Campaign has been launched in Apptivo using Apptivo Campaigns App, Apptivo allows its users to monitor the campaign’s performance through its Performance Dashboard. In the Dashboard, you can track the number of emails sent, received, opened and clicked, along with the time of its occurrence.
You can view the following in the dashboard:
- Number of emails sent
- Number of emails delivered
- Number of emails opened
Additionally, there is a different section for blocked and bounced percentage.
BLOCKED – This displays the count of users who have blocked the sender’s mail.
UNSUB – This displays the count of users who have unsubscribed the campaign emails, using the unsubscribe link.
BOUNCED – This displays the count of users, whose mail address is invalid.
Email Quota Tracking:
The allocation of the email quota is based on the subscription of your plan. You can track your usage of emails, which includes total available emails, Used emails, Remaining emails, etc.
Monthly quota based on your plans
- Emails Per user per month – Count of emails of per user
- # of Users – Total number of users
- Emails Per month – Based on the user number the count will be displayed
Total Available Emails
- Current Quota – Available email count
- Purchase Quota – Email quota that has been paid for per email
- Used Emails – Count of emails sent to the customer
- Remaining Emails – Remaining count for emails*
- In the “Purchase History” line level section, you can view the entire details regarding the amount paid for emails along with their order number and transaction status.
