Bulk Actions

The Bulk Actions of the Contacts app lets users carry out a single action on multiple contacts at a time.

With this, users can:

  • Update values in multiple contacts
  • Remove values from multiple contacts
  • Delete records
  • Add to target lists
  • Export in CSV or XLS format
  • Send email to multiple contacts at a time

At least one record has to be selected for the button to come into live status.
