Search Contact

  • The Contacts app of Apptivo CRM enables users to perform two types of searches.
    • Simple Search
    • Advanced Search
  • Simple Search lets you search using a search field located in the header bar. It takes a single search string as input, and all the records that have the search item will be displayed irrespective of the field.

  • Advanced Search allows users to perform searches for records with a value in a particular field. It can be more than one field at a time. All the records with the added value in the selected field in the Contacts app will alone be listed.
  • Choose the Advanced Search dropdown in the header bar to redirect to the Advanced Search side panel.

  • In the Advanced Search side panel, you can perform search operations for values in a particular field. It is a field-based search.
